Fyrewash F2

AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY NATURAL SOLVENT FOR ON-LINE & OFF-LINE COMPRESSOR CLEANING.

New high purity, low metals FYREWASH F2 is a powerful yet highly biodegradable water-based natural solvent cleaner which is derived from Rochem's highly successful FYREWASH WB formula.

Other so-called 'water-based' chemicals contain no solvents and often consist mainly of plain water with just a few percent of active chemicals, despite the fact that compressor fouling is mostly oily and carbonaceous in nature and is most effectively dealt with by a good quality solvent-based chemical.

And that's the crucial difference between FYREWASH F2 and other water-based chemicals - it works because it is highly active, yet biologically soft, water based solvent/surfactant cleaner which is capable of dissolving and removing oily/carbonaceous compressor deposits which other more basic water-based chemicals would not be effective against.

The pine oil solvent and ultra pure surfactants in the FYREWASH F2 formula make it an environmentally safe and user-friendly product for both on-line and off-line compressor cleaning. F2 is also a perfect substitute for those operators who might prefer a water based product but find plain water-based, non-solvent cleaners do not perform well for them.

ON-LINE CLEANING is normally performed by mixing one part FYREWASH F2 concentrate with 4 parts of Distilled or deionized water to make a 20% solution.

The volume of chemical solution needed per wash and the optimum cleaning frequency will depend on the size of the engine size, fouling tendency, and other factors. Please consult your Rochem FYREWASH manual or ourTechnical Staff for recommendations.

For fired-washing, it is vital to use a properly designed, safe and well-proven atomizing injection system. Rochem has developed and proven an optional crank-washing procedure -when using a Rochem supplied injection system - which minimizes chemical usage and downtime while still giving excellent cleaning results.
